I had a pretty extreme bad reaction to this. Hives, milia all over and it took a few days for my skin to calm down. I wish I had patch tested first - but I'm so used to EltaMD products being great for sensitive skin and it seems to be an HG product for many. I think it was the octinoxate that did it, but I'm not 100% certain. I've been avoiding that ingredient when shopping for face/body sunscreen because of this incident.

I had the patch testing result yesterday. And I’m suddenly developed an ++ allergy to this after 3 years of using. I liked this product before. Now it’s giving me huge allergic reaction!
