PROS: The Saem Healing Tea Garden Cleansing Water is non-sticky and refreshing. As a cleanser and exfoliator, it’s really effective, while as a makeup remover, it’s great as well if you used it right. So make sure to leave it on your face for 3-5 minutes before rubbing away any residue. Lastly, it’s very affordable!
CONS: I used to hate their packaging because the cap leaks when not stored vertically so it’s not ideal for travel. But last July 2017, they changed their bottle and doesn't leak anymore! :)
