The key ingredient in this oil is actually chlorophyll, but there aren't enough studies done for this to be on the same level as say, retinol or vitamin c. However the rest of the ingredients are great, and it did a good job of keeping my skin moisturized and glowing during winter. Plus it smells really nice!
