最重要的一点是,环状硅油,特别是环戊硅氧烷(D5)和环丁硅氧烷(D4,用在化妆品行业中较少),可能会对母乳的产生有影响,有可能会想起婴儿的一些健康问题。至于有多大的严重性,目前还没有确切的证据,并且有一些相关争论在里面。目前加拿大政府已将环戊硅氧烷列为毒性化学成分之一,要求使用这个成分的化妆品公司去申报安全性及用量以便 更好的监管。

邱品齐医师他在留言版回应说奇时保养品&洗髮精的硅灵都是不会阻塞毛孔的
硅灵在洗髮精不建议是因为它带来的柔顺感会让人误会,以为髮质很好
而忽略真正的护髮,同时也因为硅灵包覆的特性让后续护髮吃不进去

而硅灵在保养品可能导致部分成分进不去(挥发性硅灵不会)
但也没有阻塞毛孔的风险
且硅灵的密封性有很好的锁水保湿效果
可以发现肌研浓极润.水之印弹力霜都有加,且成分很前面

所以我对硅灵的评价很中性,不好不坏
但我洗髮精不会挑有硅灵的
润髮没关系,护髮尽量不要
保养品尽量不要(有点难度),挥发性硅灵就没差,像雅顿胶囊
化妆品有硅灵反而很喜欢
