會不會有粉刺我是不清楚(至少我沒有感覺有變多).不過使用起來還蠻舒服的.不刺激.臉上也水嫩水嫩的.還蠻好用的(目前已經使用一個多月了)自己本身也是油性皮膚.還蠻推薦的

請更正Cetanol根本沒有界面活性劑、乳化劑的功能, 要有乳化功能一定要同時具有双極性的特性, 同時親水端的分量也要夠大....
因此Cetanol不具乳化作用

Fatty alcohol used as an emollient, emulsifier, thickener, and carrying agent for other ingredients. Can be derived naturally, as in coconut fatty alcohol, or made synthetically. It is not an irritant and is not related to SD alcohol, denatured alcohol, or ethyl alcohol. Cetyl alcohol is considered safe for use in cosmetics.

Although yea it’s considered to be one of the more fatty and “safe” alcohols it’s still an alcohol that can irritate sensitive skin and many people have been known to break out from it, myself included. Obviously everyone’s skin is different though so patch test any products with this ingredient just to be safe. (But if you really rather be safe than sorry maybe consider steering clear of any and all products with this and other alcohols)
