The first ingredient is “seaweed based” and I don’t have absolutely severe acne but I am acne prone, and it says to basically be cautious of using seaweed ingredients on acne prone skin. Should I still use this without worry? Are the benefits actually carefully studied and know to be effective with 0 harsh side effects?
