部分研究顯示，許多海藻類植物皆具有致粉刺及刺激性，其高含量的碘有可能引起肌膚刺激，並滲入毛孔加速小粉刺的生成。無論如何，由於海藻種類極多，且多經過高度加工處理，目前無法一概而論，但如果您正處於肌膚敏感狀態，建議謹慎選擇含有藻類之產品。

Where are the studies claiming that seaweed plants are acne-causing and irritating? I'm unable to find anything other than skincare blogs making these claims, which also do not cite data or even give anecdotal evidence.
