I’ve recently changed my soap to “Yardley London English Lavender Moisturizing Bath Bar” and my skin didn’t take to well to it, so I have an inflamed rash under my arms, not sure how to treat it considering I have very dry sensitive acne prone skin. If anyone has more knowledge on skin treatments, it’ll be much appreciated. I’m open to suggestions. Thank you !

Apply a steroid cream. An over-the-counter steroid cream containing at least 1 percent hydrocortisone can help relieve itching and inflammation.
Try an anti-itch lotion. Calamine lotion can soothe the skin and prevent scratching.
Take an antihistamine. ...
Take an oatmeal bath. ...
Apply a wet compress.
I googled what to put on a rash and listed what they suggested

I am a fan of this product. It deals with both redness and itchiness.
