DowSyn G20 is full hydrogenated primary alcohol with branches. Two alkyl groups are composed of 100% linear alkyl groups, and the product is a network structure. Therefore, they are endowed with low viscosity, good biodegradability, excellent low color and thermal stability. The biggest characteristics of Guerbt is liquid at room temperature, compared with the same molecular weight linear alcohol, freezing point of G20 is much lower. Full hydrogenated primary alcohol is better in oxidation, hydrolysis and color stability than unsaturated alcohols with similar carbon chains length. Other performance of G20 are colorless, ordorless, low volatile, anti-static and good solubility.
