This is perhaps the mildest cleanser I've come across yet, such carefully chosen ingredients!
While it is not strong enough *on its own* to cleanse off heavy foundation & strong make up, it is the perfect cleansing for my skin in the mornings - very gentle, satisfying foam, so soothing (esp. when using actives like acids and retinols the evening before) and a great ****low ph****.
I feel it does strengthen my skin barrier without leaving a trace of grease behind.
